NIPR, short for New Ideas in Pollution Regulation, is targeted at people and organizations interested in public policy issues relating to the cost-effective control of pollution. This site is maintained by the World Bank's Economics of Industrial Pollution Control research team a part of the World Bank's Research Program. Funding is provided by the World Bank's Research Advisory Staff.
